I’m Nick Rayson, founder of NJR Safety and an experienced Health, Safety, Environment and Quality professional with a proven track record of helping businesses manage risk, achieve compliance, and build practical safety systems that work in the real world.
Over the course of my career, I’ve worked across construction, energy, facilities management and local authority environments, supporting organisations to navigate complex health and safety requirements while maintaining efficient operations. My experience spans auditing, incident investigation, compliance management, risk assessments, and the development of robust policies and safe systems of work.
What sets my approach apart is a strong focus on practicality. Too often, health and safety documentation becomes overly complicated and disconnected from how work is actually carried out. I specialise in developing clear, usable systems and documentation that reflect real operational risks, support teams on the ground, and stand up to client, insurer and regulatory scrutiny.
